Tips & Tricks: For a better you!

The time of putting your well being aside is over! Here are some things I have come up with that have worked well for me in the past:

  1. If you are struggling to find the beauty of your body, try looking at yourself in the mirror and complementing bits and pieces of yourself! 
  2. Think of your body as a gift (you will only live once in this body), you have to earn it, it is a gift! Do not harm it or put it in danger.
  3. Take time to find out who you are. This is not a waste of your time! If you understand your beliefs and who you are, you will be able to feed through all the negatives in your life!
  4. Stop hanging out with people who do not bring you joy. Life is long but not long enough to be wasting your time on people who do not matter!
  5. Speak your mind! it will make you feel weightless and your opinion matters; so just be respectful/ calm and your voice will be heard!
  6. And lastly, ride the wave of your personal journey! everything can be learned from and things happen for a reason. So if you are in a stressful situation take a step back and analyse it from a different perspective.

Last little tip: do not dwell on the past. If you follow these tips only good things are ahead.
